Datumo Co., Ltd. When entering into outsourcing agreements, we clearly stipulate in the contract the purpose of processing, data protection obligations, restrictions on re-outsourcing, and liability for data breaches.

Article 6 (Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information)

6.1 Primary Data Location

We primarily operate all services and data processing within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Seoul Region located in the Republic of Korea.

6.2 Transfers to Third Countries

When you use the Service, certain personal data may be transferred to countries outside your jurisdiction, including the Republic of Korea and the United States, in the following circumstances:

  1. AI Model API Processing: When you utilize AI model APIs provided by OpenAI, Google, or Meta, data such as prompts, evaluation sets, and model outputs may be transmitted to servers located outside Korea for processing.
  2. Analytics Services: Usage data may be processed by Google Analytics on servers located in the United States.

6.3 Safeguards for International Transfers

For users in the EEA and UK, when your personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom to countries not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data, including:
